  • 5 States Expanded Their E-Verify Programs – Wisconsin, Texas, North Dakota, Nebraska, and North Carolina expanded their E-Verify Programs.
  • 3 Jurisdictions Restricted Use of Credit Reports - Cook County, IL, New York City, NY, and New Hampshire placed restrictions on the employer’s ability to use credit history in employment decisions.
  • Looking forward to 2016 – There are already 3 Ban the Box measures that passed and take effect in 2016 - Portland OR, the State of Oregon, and Philadelphia, PA.
